We combined coffee beans that are rarely found together: the floral notes of Ethiopian coffee with the smoothness of Mexican beans, and the deep chocolate character of Yemeni coffee with the bright berry acidity of Kenyan beans.

Each of our blends is the result of months of tasting, refining, and experimentation.

Beans sourced from trusted farmers

Our coffee doesn’t come from commodity-market lots. We work directly with small farms across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. We’ve visited the farms ourselves, met the farmers, and carefully selected our partners.

All to create a truly unforgettable flavor

These roasters provide precise control over temperature and roasting time. That's especially important for blends, where each bean requires its own roasting profile to fully develop its character.

We roast our coffee using Probat equipment from Germany—widely regarded as some of the finest coffee roasters in the world. Probat has been building roasting machines since 1868 and is trusted by leading specialty coffee roasters worldwide.

The result is a clean, balanced cup with no bitterness or unwanted flavors.
